My passion is taking complex information and simplifying it down to manageable pieces. When I was younger I used to always tear things apart because I was interested in all the moving parts that made it work. As I got older, I became good at diagnosing why something wasn't working and being able to fix it, this propelled me to seek a career in Mechanical Engineering.I have evaluated and analyzed maintenance practices and initiated improvements that have led to $1.5M in annual savings. I have also used project expertise to problem solve and troubleshoot, implement solutions, and document results. My experience is in leading cross functional teams with the ability to prioritize conflicting objectives.I have also project managed multi-month long heavy maintenance repair and overhaul visits from concept to launch. For those projects I have established project estimates, timelines, and metrics while communicating with various stakeholders.
