My key responsibilities include:Fleet Management: Managing 850+ fleet vehicles, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and safety compliance, reducing fleet maintenance costs by 15%.Safety Programs: Leading the development and implementation of safety programs, improving OSHA compliance by 20%.HR Operations: Overseeing HR operations to enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention. I manage compliance and audit functions, including annual 5500 filings, workers' compensation audits, and the annual 401(k) audit. Additionally, I operate as the systems admin for our HRIS system and ADP, with a special interest in process automation.M&A Due Diligence and Integration: Playing a crucial role in due diligence and integration efforts for mergers and acquisitions. I have successfully managed the integration of 30+ acquired companies, ensuring seamless transitions and alignment with our corporate culture. This work supports growth and profitability goals driven by our private equity stakeholders.MCA Foundation: Spearheading the establishment of the MCA Foundation, a philanthropic initiative supporting the communities we serve, involving strategic planning, community engagement, and stakeholder coordination.My role demands a strategic approach, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
