The $2.9M project improved performance and resiliency for PGIM’s European businesses.• Managed the deployment of Microsoft Teams Video to over 1,600 PGIM employees to enhance their collaboration capabilities while working remotely in response to COVID-19.• Transitioned PGIM India from a joint venture to a wholly owned business. Negotiated the elimination of a services agreement that included $275K in annual technology subsidies. Coordinated their migration to Microsoft Office 365 and a Geo tenant solution to satisfy their data residency requirements.

Managed the $8M annual IT Transition Services Agreement.• Reengineered the process for requesting WinTel storage. Reduced delivery time by over 75% while delivering over 20 TB of storage annually.

Managed a 27 person team responsible for supporting over 5,000 Windows and UNIX based servers. Continually staffed the Operations Command Center to respond to server and application related issues. Partnered with developers and Business Units to deploy application releases.• Created the expense projections for relocating the Scranton Data Center. Over 150 servers were relocated from the Scranton Data Center to Prudential’s two primary Data Centers.• Established metrics and SLAs to track individual and organizational performance which identified training opportunities and formed the basis of our training curriculum.

Managed a 14 person team responsible for the technology infrastructure and applications used in over 300 Retail Branch offices located around the world. This included over 800 UNIX and Windows based servers and over 10,000 workstations. Provided on-site consulting services at various branch offices, including locations in Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay.
