Active in the development, operation and brokerage of non-residential real estate in southern California, and the western states since approximately 1975. Have worked on shopping center projects for Rinker Development Company a subsidiary of W. R. Grace in California, Arizona, Oregon, Washington and Colorado as an employee. Worked on retail commercial, office, and mixed use (office/retail) development projects as a partner in southern California. Worked as a broker representing a small number of clients on the purchase, repurposing, and/or operation of retail, industrial and agricultural properties generally in California. Primary focus has been working with owner users or facilities with an emphasis in drive-thru restaurant facilities and small to medium sized industrial buildings. I am also an active partner and manager of a waterfowl and upland game hunting facility in Kern County.I have acted as manager of a work out of an environmentally stigmatized industrial property in Los Angeles and was able to bring the project to conclusion and sale after ten plus years of involvement.My goal is to continue to search out opportunities in real estate development, operation or brokerage that will provide a reward for my involvement in the identification and resolution of "problems" which are generally defined as limitations on developability of a property.
