• Developed the teams’ processes and equipment for building parts out of carbon fiber, standardizing the practice in an effi-cient cost-effective manner.
• Prototyping and development of processes to manufacture honeycomb and foam composite panels to be used for ribs on the body panels and enclosures for electrical and battery boxes.
• Researched and developed composite wet layup process, resin infusion process, mould design, and plug design.

• In my first year at McMaster University I joined the McMaster Solar Car Project; a team focused on designing and building a solar powered EV from scratch to compete in the American Solar Car Challenge. On this team I.
• Designing and validating the body of the car. Using Ansys Fluent I completed computational fluid dynamics simulations to estimate Drag Coefficient and Force, Lift Coefficient and Force and analyze our design for areas.
• Using Solidworks surface modelling, I converted the body of the car into 6 different plug designs which were then sent to our manufacturing partner to be CNC cut out of high density foam.
