Directed the food service operations within the Asia-Pacific logistics department. Authored life support (food, water, medical supplies and sanitation) logistics plans and procedures to ensure that internal and client were satisfied. Created food service support strategies and specific objectives for the international logistics department and created the budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.  Chaired the central coordination team for life support logistics support for 8,000 Marines across the pacific. Coordinated 10 internal and subordinate logistics departments, and 8 adjacent executive staff sections. Headed 27 international projects as the Senior Project Manager. Directly responsible for creating life support policy, initiating operations and aggregating best practices to create innovative adjustments to food service planning and through the closeout process. Orchestrated a diverse, multi-functional logistics team of 44 logisticians which supported 13,000 US personnel during Asia’s largest multinational project, Cobra Gold.  Financial manager controlling project budgets, in a fiscally constrained environment, totaling $74,684,000. Slashed operational costs by 16% ($1,200,000) during the latest multi-national project (July 2017) despite numerous atypical barriers. Facilitated 13,005 short tons of throughput needed to support 15,087 total participants within the Asia-Pacific Region. Authored 22 enterprise project plans and policies which accrued a 12% total budget savings.

Supervised a variety of complex community policing services such as organization development, personnel management, community relations and police service planning for the Beaufort and Parris Island regions.  Spear-headed the functional tasks and operations of 120 Military Police Officers and 67 local Law Enforcement Officers. Authored and synthesized over 9,000 severe incidents including internal, domestic, and community conflicts. Advised enterprise leaders and staff on security services, facilities access control, and program developments. Formulated in-depth communication reforms for the public affairs department to facilitate efficient and sifted information flow to local communities to ensure full, transparent, and actionable information was properly disseminated. Commissioned 8 innovative programs to integrate law enforcement operations with community relations projects resulting in dramatic increases in local support and donation revenue.

Directed the development and implementation of the American Embassy’s regional security strategy and local stability program. This position is also responsible for the supervision of local community support projects, diplomatic liaising, and host nation government integration. Continuous active involvement as a senior advisor to the American Ambassador and executive staff.  Strengthened and established rapport with executive level diplomats and host nation officials to create long-term relationships and achieve the best interest of the organization.  Chaired the embassy analytics committee molding local intelligence into innovative, quantifiable and cost-effective stabilization strategies. Coached 6 Regional Security Managers to be highly competent in delivering security context analysis, risk assessments, and developing context specific acceptance, protection and deterrence strategies. Authored enterprise polices relating to human resources, logistics security, risk mitigation, emergency action planning and regional stability support. Balanced and reconciled a Department of Defense budget of $12,000,000 and a Department of State Budget of $16,000,000 for regional stability and security operations.

Supervised the administrative and technical police work for all law enforcement employees within the Camp Lejeune, NC region while ensuring complete protection of lives and property to the local community and military population.  Supervised 64 Military Police Law Enforcement Officers in the conduct of their administrative and technical tasks.  Designed police operation policy to mitigate potential risk and authored the security protocols using innovative vulnerability methodologies. Aggregated and analyzed over 30,000 reports for validity, accuracy and legal content to resolve conflict within the department and local community. Pioneered the regional personal security and threat assessment training program by authoring and administering the curriculum based training to over 450 law enforcers. Performed elite personal security assignments for senior foreign and domestic dignitaries and celebrities
