I am passionate about innovation and I have applied this approach to every job/role that I have ever had. Examples include overseeing the development of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida's first true extranet capabilities, development of an application that delivered a paperless work for complex board meetings, and designing innovative new revenue streams in the training industry where budgets were getting tighter and tighter. Besides bringing creativity to business strategy, the other quality that I bring to an organization is loyalty and empathy. I am all in on everything I do. Most importantly, I want to ensure those around me, whether clients or employees, are successful.

During my term as District Governor, Rotary 6970 hosted its first Million Dollar Dinner, raising over $1.1 million dollars. Marshall participated in the 107-mile 2016 Ride to End Polio and shared top fundraising honors with Rotary International Vice President Jennifer Jones. Rotary District 6970 hosted the innovative and groundbreaking 2017 All Star Conference in Atlanta in conjunction with the Rotary International Convention. Over 500 Rotarians from Rotary 6970 traveled to Atlanta for the festivities. In addition to having the highest membership net gain in North America under Marshall's leadership, Rotary District 6970 also made the largest district designated fund contribution in the world to the Polio Plus Campaign.
