United States

Leading and delivering programs and projects supporting the Securities Services custody business.• Managing, partnering, coaching, and executing a large 5-year Custody program for the class actions product that involved transitioning 248 clients to a vendor, defined and delivered a new global operating model, delivered a new class actions application, and effectively reducing the operating operational controls to minimize risks. The global program was actively engaged with 12 Technology applications/areas requiring changes, Product, Operations, Risk, Legal, Client Services, Sales, and an external vendor to deliver the solution required. This program was the first to deliver within the Securities Services business an account entitlement process using the strategic platforms and the first API to be used external to the bank and internal to the strategic platform.• Delivered the decommissioning of a legacy Custody application as a part of reducing the impact of running the business and aligning our clients to the strategic stack. A total of 498 client relationships were exited or transitioned to the strategic Custody platform.• Successfully delivered enhancements to the automated income transfer (cash sweep process) product offering for our clients by establishing the proper account entitlements and contractual language necessary to support the service. This project delivered the baseline to support a global offering to our clients and eliminated ongoing remediation activities that were occurring due to poor controls.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Led and manage the Technology Program Management Office providing program and project governance and oversight for custody, within CIB Core Securities Processing.• Managed and controlled technology budget of approximately $27 million annually tied to investment, discretionary, and production support activities.• Managed, partnered, coached, and executed large initiatives, programs and projects that meet the key business value needs and exceed the quality measures required using both waterfall and Agile (Scrum, Kanban) methods.• Managed and developed top talent project managers, business analysts, and test managers to successfully deliver projects and meet the needs of our technology groups, operational owners, product groups, and clients.• Established and consistently executed a standard for high quality management oversight, metrics, and reporting to further improve delivery to stakeholders by implementing an enterprise portfolio management tool (MS Project Server) that has over 1500 global users.Risk and Controls – Change Control Team Manager 2003-2004Managed a team of change coordinators responsible for validating and providing air traffic control for over 1500 changes per month across 300 applications.• Coordinated changes for 6 different product families across 10 different locations.• Maintained and exceeded targets for failed changes and change disbursements.Global Process Office – Process Architect 2001-2003Led a team of employees and consultants responsible for developing, educating, assessing and continuously improving project management and quality assurance processes globally.• Developed and deployed the Project Delivery Framework that is currently used for all investment and discretionary projects.• Participated and contributed to formal Capability Maturity Model (CMM) Level 2 assessment.• Partnered with managers, business analysts, test managers, and infrastructure teams on continuous process improvement initiatives.

Managed technology projects and user interface improvements to the call center environment and applications.• Implemented CMM Level 2 and Level 3 Key Process Areas and established project management practices to deliver projects consistently. • Managed Interactive Voice Response Unit (IVRU) development project for Budget Rental Company within a call center environment.
