Golf Gear//Project Categories: Golf Bags & Luggage-Chosen to help lead the newest chapter of Titleist Gear Design-Cast Design Language for all of Titleist Golf Gear's product lines-Collaborate with PGA Tour players and caddies to bring tour validated product solutions to all dedicated golfers-Bring new and progressive approach to the Golf Gear segment allowing Titleist to lead the golf industry rather than follow it-Design and manage multiple product lines per season-Seek out product white space to add relevant product concepts to inline product mix-Work directly with company executives and managers on new product initiatives and strategies -Present corporate design direction and category concepts at Titleist's Bi-Annual Design Reviews -Prepare and present conceptual designs to both domestic and global teams throughout design process-Create and revise detailed product techpacks containing: 2D illustrations, construction details, material and color specifications-Research color and curate annual product color palettes globally -Established a digital image library of progressive style/trend influences in an effort to guide both staff and consultant designers in a focused creative direction-Utilize consumer feedback to guide, inspire product functionality, details and overall aesthetics -Work with staff and outside development teams to create relevant product solutions that meet and exceed both internal and dedicated golfer standards-Designed the new interior space (3,000sqft) for the Titleist Golf Gear office.

Project categories included: Running, Outdoor, Training, Basketball, Wellness, Lifestyle and Kids-Elevate New Balance’s various product lines by creating new and innovative ways to add critical value without exceeding target costs-Conduct the design efforts of the quick to market Speed team-Work closely with product managers and developers to assure effective solutions within the shortened 9-18 month production windows-Design and manage multiple projects per quarter -Identify market white space and propose new concepts and technologies for future quarters-Conduct innovation sessions within the team environment through brainstorming and rapid visualization (2D and 3D) -Provide detailed tech packages for development and factory direction, (including project flat illustrations, construction and materials)-Create product graphic and logos for New Balance -Give project direction to our outside consultants to assure a consistent and desired result-Present internal style/trend reviews -Prepare and present concept renderings for management reviews -Build market, color and trend research to assist in the design and marketing process -Assist and challenge young designers in their professional growth
