After spending over a decade working in Hawaii’s Food & Hospitality Industry at two of Oahu’s prestigious 5-diamond hotels, he gained invaluable insights into delivering exceptional customer service. This experience, combined with his passion for bringing people together, inspired him to launch AlohaMade Bites. What began as a simple love for baking has grown into a thriving business, offering handcrafted Hawaiian Macadamia Nut Pies, Tarts, and Bites that celebrate the flavors and spirit of aloha.Marshall’s journey from pool service to food service reflects his dedication to quality and his belief in the power of community.
