Work with Remedy trouble ticket tracking system to document any and all problems dealing with Wintel servers for the entirety of US Bank and its employees across the country. Engage in troubleshooting over the phone, or by using remote tools/advanced KVM’s to access servers. Issues range from account lockouts, to insufficient rights, to lost files, starting and stopping services/application servers in Websphere or IIS and most every configuration and hardware issue that arises. Also used F5 BigIP to enable and disable server application columns used for load balancing for applications the bank hosts for its customers, such as the Internet Banking website, to assist in issue resolution, code migrations and patches.
