Josiah is a graduate from the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University. He has a Bachelors in Supply Chain Management. He graduated in Spring 2018. Josiah was an active member of the Goin Band From Raiderland, doing all four years with the organization, alongside being a member of Kappa Kappa Psi, the national honorary fraternity for college bandsmen. Josiah was also a member of the Tech Supply Chain Association, TSCA, for two years. Josiah is from the city of San Antonio, Texas.
