• Lead an in-house Creative Production Studio and a team of 6 (print production designers, project managers) for a national cannabis company that has a presence in 10 states and growing.• Responsible for best-in-class implementation design/print production for all consumer facing packaging, marketing and in-store graphics across 7 brands and our Sunnyside retail store brand.• Art direct all work from both a Design Thinking and Print Production perspective.• Work with the internal Supply Chain team to cultivate relationships across all our preferred vendors, as our print production expert, to ensure consistent production on a regular basis (substrates, techniques, etc).

• Managed the production of approximately 30-50 active projects across 8 brands for a large CPG client (SC Johnson).• Projects included: in-store point of purchase displays, direct mail programs, FSI inserts, advertising, digital ads, sampling programs, packaging and various other types of retail in-store promotions. • Planned, scheduled and managed all retouching needs, managed all vendor relationships, prepared comprehensive print specs, evaluated estimates and oversaw print production.

• Responsible for project management (proposals, briefs, project plans, budgets), managing client relations, planning, and growing business opportunities within accounts.• Managed 10 accounts with approximately 25 total active projects.• Projects included: strategic marketing plans, print, web, branding, online marketing and lead generation campaigns (e-mail and direct mail).

• Managed firm's larger accounts which included as many as 20 ongoing projects and managing client relations.• Responsibilities included estimating, strategy development, brand management and the preparation and management of project schedules and overall budgets. Purchased firm's printing and coordinated with outside vendors. • Projects included: identities, branding programs and environments, annual reports, corporate responsibility reports, marketing collateral, direct mail programs, packaging, web development and advertising in the hospitality, retail/consumer, non-profit, finance, health, real estate industries.• Prepared internal schedules and programs to streamline processes, grow and track business and to quote projects more efficiently.

• Sold and promoted the use of premium paper to ad agencies, corporate end-users and graphic designers.
