I am a technology guy that loves people. I enjoy teaching, mentoring, growing teams, and connecting the dots between technology and business. I am currently responsible for a Global Service Desk and Training Team. After making technology work for knowledge workers within the context of law firms for more than twenty years and four years in management consulting, I now serve in technology leadership for multiple companies as a result of a 2019 acquisition of Public Knowledge, LLC, by the GLI Group. Information technology has a deep impact on the day-to-day functions and success (or failure) of an organization. This is both from a technical and cultural standpoint as well as a financial standpoint. I stand in the confluence between technology, people and organizational culture. Most of my career has been spent tactically in the trenches getting things done and at this stage of my career I am shifting to a more strategic perspective.
