• Headhunted to open a new permanent recruitment sector for Interaction Recruitment due to my local knowledge.
• Set up all processes and procedures from the start as this was a brand new venture for the company.
• Recruited, trained and developed a team of 3 consultants.
• After a successful implementation, I was given the responsibility of managing the temporary recruitment division.
• Nominated for fastest growing branch in 2014 with over 30 new clients won.
• Implemented compliance procedures which were beneficial to the company infrastructure.

• I began my career with Adecco as the Branch Manager for the Luton branch and managed a large onsite contract with over 100 temporary industrial staff.
• Branch was underperforming when I took over but was able to successfully increase profitability year on year through developing members of the team to fully maximise their performance.
• I was awarded ‘Most Improved Permanent Revenue’ at the company’s yearly conference.
• Won 2 major local contracts within the Luton area and have successfully maintained a strong working relationship with one for over 7 years who I continue to work with to this day.
• Promoted to Branch Manager of Milton Keynes in February 2012 and launched 2 new sectors which were finance and driving.
• Previous manager who left the organisation tried to take a major client from the branch but I successfully maintained working relations with the company to continue their relationship through Adecco.
