ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES· Act as the lead creative contact on projects with client-facing responsibilities, leading, delegating, and supporting junior members of the team· Oversee all creative production including print, video, animation, etc. and associated post-production· Demonstrate a deep understanding of the brief and scope of work to ensure all creative decisions can be executed within production and budget parameters· Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and other creative and strategic partners from the standpoint of quality control and design standards—with the goal of creating best-in-class work· Manage relationships with photographers, illustrators, and other industry professionals· Leverage network of industry talent to commission creative teams tailored to project needs· Provide team leadership that rewards creativity, develops talent and skills, and elevates team members to their fullest potential· Liaise directly with internal and external teams to develop impactful strategies and creative solutions that enhance client performance and surpass expectations· Cultivate and share knowledge of the market, competition, consumer behavior, and global media trends· Represent the agency with passion and professionalism

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES· Spearhead visually compelling design initiatives· Assist Art/Design/Creative Directors in conceptualizing and executing engaging creative solutions to client needs and carry them through production· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and captivating brand messaging and aesthetic· Apply a strong understanding of design principles (including color theory, typography, image making and selection) to team brainstorms and broader creative development· Create conceptual and practical designs that ladder up to the client’s business goals, audience, and vertical Ensure quality control across touchpoints by creating style guides and graphic standards when applicable· Exhibit proactive decision-making and resourceful solving problems skills ahead of presentations· Prepare assets for hand-off to clients, production teams, retouchers, developers, etc.· Self-manage time across multiple projects in various stages of completion to ensure all timelines are met· Deliver the highest quality of work while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced work setting
