Directing the buying activities for Cc Carpet, I am responsible for identifying global sources of materials, selecting suppliers, arranging/editing/amending contracts, and managing relationships. Coordinating with manufacturing/distribution management, warehouse personnel, and installation management to ensure timely delivery and or installation of proper materials. Conducting regular analysis to increase levels of service at reduced costs, maintaining accurate product inventory, and forecasting trends within or developing within the residential and light commercial flooring & design industry. Additional responsibilities include scheduling of installations, material pick ups, and service repairs with customers, sales, installation, and service staff.

My responsibilities involved selection and supervision of department managers and staff. Increasing new memberships, member retention, and personal training clients, by optimizing market penetration through brand awareness, word of mouth, and member referrals; Motivating and supporting the employee team, by improving employee efficiency, product knowledge, and customer service; Creating a positive, highly productive environment, promoting team work within individual employees and between multiple departments; developing goals and communicating results to all personnel, while, directing, promoting, and coordinating operations in a manner that established and maintained a favorable image of the Just Fitness 4 U brand. Additional responsibilities included public relations, marketing, profitability and sales, service, reporting, scheduling, payroll, and capital requirements to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual missions and goals.
