Assisted clients throughout the entire process of acquiring and disposing of their multi-family, and mixed-use buildings. Used targeted emails and prospecting to reach potential buyers and sellers, developed Estimates of Value, and conducted Listing Presentations. Cultivated, and maintained long-term relationships with clientele to build a strong referral base, while utilizing MLS, SFARMLS, CoStar, and Loopnet to obtain pertinent information.Averaged 200-300 outbound prospecting calls per week, and attended weekly corporate education sessions as part of the ongoing training at NAI.
