Marshall is a young, recent Business School graduate who majored in Human Resource Management.As a Human Resources major he is equipped with a deep understanding of the crucial role people play in organizations. Marshall’s studies have honed his skills in talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development, working with HRIS softwares and programs, making him adept at fostering a positive and productive work environment. With a passion for building strong teams and promoting diversity and inclusion, Marshall is committed to finding innovative solutions to human capital challenges. He is eager to connect with professionals across various industries to share insights, collaborate on HR best practices, and contribute to creating thriving workplaces where employees can reach their full potential, all the while, making it his goal to make that same workplace a diverse and comfortable place to work.When Marshall is not at work, he is most likely on the golf course. Prior to pursuing his BAHR, he was training to be a CPGA golf professional and was taking courses at McMaster University for Golf Management before deciding to attend SAIT for his BBA studies.
