Marshall Yeh is a registered patent attorney with United Stated Patent and Trademark Office. He has experience in patent evaluations for patent portfolio strategy, patent infringement opinion, patent invalidity opinion, client counseling, as well as both patent and trademark prosecutions. Marshall also has studied the effects of technology protection and patent filing on imports and exports. He received his B.S. in both Chemical Engineering, and Material Science and Engineering from University of California, Berkeley, his M.B.A. from University of Phoenix while he served in the United States Army, and his J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York.
