Office Manager
Current• Facilities Management:Coordinate with building owner, vendors, contractors and sub-contractors regarding ongoing facilities and maintenance issues for approximately 12,000 square feet of office space.Work with architect, designer and general contractors on tenant improvement project.• IT Management:Manage website updates.Manage IT Consultant and I am point person for all IT related issues.Assist employees with questions and resolve software, hardware, and office equipment and phones.• Finance:Compile documents and provide communication for quarterly and annual financial reports, capital calls, and distributions to the Limited Partners.Assist in HR, benefits including new employee set up and annual benefits open enrollment.Process accounts payables, book journal entries, reconcile bank accounts.• Manage all food, beverage, office supply vendors and subscriptions, negotiate contracts.• Various ad hoc administrative projects as they come up.Senior lead of the Executive Assistant staff.
