I started my career at A.D.Banker&Company in 1999 after graduating with a B.A. in Communications from the University of Kansas. As a Customer Service Representative I quickly became the top call taker and learning tools sales representative. My next opportunity arose rather quickly and I was transferred into Accounts Payable where I remained until I was asked to take over the Compliance Coordinator position. After working with the email marketing team I was given the opportunity to further my education and move into the Marketing Coordinator position where I worked directly with the sales team in creating marketing materials such as postcards, flyers and emails. I am currently the Sr. Marketing and Instructional Design Specialist where I am responsible for marketing emails, postcards, flyers, brochures, book covers, book layout and design, classroom and webinar presentations, and online learning platform course content layout and design. I work closely with all aspects of our company including sales, product, IT, class coordinators and executives. I coordinate and plan in office parties and festivities and also worked closely with the President of A.D.Banker to redesign and brand our office space including the design of an 11 foot wall graphic for our classroom.For more than 35 years, prelicensing candidates have trusted A. D. Banker & Company to provide them with the information needed to pass insurance and FINRA licensing exams.
