During her first year in real estate, Marsha Williams was named Rookie of the Year at Ritchie-Hallanan, and remained a consistent top producer at the firm. Ritchie-Hallanan was a small boutique style real estate firm which was acquired by Alain Pinel Realtors in April 2007.

As the sole proprietor of MW Associates, Marsha provided project management and location photography production for retail advertising clients. She worked in close collaboration with photographers, stylists, location managers and model agencies.

Acted as liaison between clients and creative directors providing clear communication and marketing support. Prior to promotion to Account Executive, Marsha Williams was the copy chief for the San Francisco branch of Mobium. Clients included Emporium, Petco, K-mart, Longs Drugs and other retail accounts.
