Many years ago I was an art teacher, pushing an art cart through the hallways of a small elementary school, with paints and sculpting clay in tow. Today I still carry a creative palette, but in a different type of living-learning laboratory. My career path has taken me to places that are usually in need of fresh ideas and new traditions, and I have brought results to these programs in the form of efficient processes, enthusiastic staff, and most importantly, satisfied residents.
