Hi, I’m Caroline, a certified intuitive psychology coach, business psychologist and behavioural scientist originally from London now living in (mostly) sunny Barcelona and working internationally. I combine extensive academic expertise with my own observations and lived experiences, creating a unique - and highly effective - approach to coaching and sharing knowledge. After two decades working in and with companies big and small, I have come to understand why our workplaces (and in turn, us) feel so broken. We’ve forgotten that we are humans, not robots, and we have designed our workplaces and lives in a way that doesn’t support our fundamental needs for connection, flexibility and freedom. I´ve been the exhausted, overwhelmed person who can´t work out how to make a change and wants help. I firmly believe (thanks to research and experience) that people with the space to think, rest and do what matters to them make more successful, impactful and joyful leaders, partners, parents, friends and, well humans! Now I support ambitious yet disillusioned humans regain their sense of agency, get ‘unstuck’ and redefine success. And no, this doesn’t mean losing your drive or aspirations!
