I have been fortunate enough to be introduce to such an amazing field for 5 years and I plan on to continue my growth within the field. Finding ways to branch out and incorrupt my other passions and open avenues in ABA that may not be as concrete now. Since my time in ABA, I have gained the skills of program development and management, training RBTs, teaching and presenting ABA content, communication skills, and most important data analytical skills. I am currently in a Masters Program for Behavior Practice and am going for my BCBA. I recently became a BCaBA and am eager to expand my skills and learn so much more. Some of my values are diversity, intergrity, honestly, transparency, authentic autonomy, and self-care.
