The relationship between Gary Kinsella and David Marsh began in 1985 when Kinsella, founder of then PMI Acoustics, hired David Marsh. The firm soon became Pelton Marsh Kinsella, Inc. Howard Pelton retired from PMK in 2006. Gary Kinsella left at the same time to start Kinsella Acoustics in Miami Beach, FL. Marsh rejoined Kinsella in 2009 as Kinsella-Marsh Group, Inc. (KMG). Gary Kinsella passed away in January 2015 and David Marsh's firm of Marsh/PMK International purchased the assets and liabilities of KMG. Kinsella-Marsh Group is now Marsh/PMK International.

David Marsh was one of the three original partners in Pelton Marsh Kinsella, Inc. which has been variously known as PMK or PMK Consultants. Marsh served as president of PMK on two occasions -- before its acquisition by Carter & Burgess, Inc. (C&B) in 1992 and again after its carve-out from C&B in 2006. In 2004, Marsh co-founded PMK International Consultancy in Dubai, UAE -- a "sister company" to PMK. He departed PMK in March 2009 and rejoined Gary Kinsella in what is now Kinsella-Marsh Group, Inc. (KMG).

Marsh provided marketing and business development support for the company and consulted directly on many PMK Int'l projects including: Al Fattan Hotel Tower (Dubai), The Avenues Mall (Kuwait's largest mall, Al-Rai district), Bahrain Financial Harbour Master Plan (Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain), Burj Dubai (world's tallest building, Dubai), Grand Mosque (proper name: "Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan Mosque," Abu Dhabi, UAE), Ibn Battuta Mall (Dubai) and the Monarch Hotel / Office Tower Mixed-Use Development (Dubai).
