I'm always eager to listen and pick up new things.As a quick learner and good listener, I believe that focus and determination matter more than special skills. I’m strong at problem-solving, adaptable, and work well with others.From a young age, I realized I had a strong ability to observe everything around me. I also felt a deep, natural empathy for people in pain or suffering, I unintentionally feel sorry for others since I don't see anyone experiencing suffering or illness. Although, on achieving admission in Pakistan Renowned University "Lahore Leads University" in the field of Civil Engineering and securing the first position in my batch, I wasn't satisfied. That’s when I discovered the field of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment), and it has inspired me ever since.HSE Qualifications:For now, I have 45001:2018 Lead Auditor, IOSH-MS Certification. My goal is to soon accomplish ASP, CSP, and Masters in Occupational Health and Safety. In Sha AllahHSE Experience:As far of my HSE experience is concerned, I have experience in Pakistan. In addition, I wish to work globally.HSE Core Capacities:While I worked, I ensured adherence to health and safety requirements by implementing HSE management systems in accordance with international standards. Engage in incident investigation, carry out root-cause analysis, and guarantee that PPE and equipment are used appropriately.Throughout my career, I’ve gained experience in Safe Systems of Work (SSW), Permit to Work (PTW), hot and cold work, excavation, confined space safety, working at heights, scaffolding, fall protection, and critical lifting using cranes. I’m skilled in Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) for mechanical and electrical isolation.HSE Operation Skill Knowledge:Understanding of key practical terms in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) such as HAZOP, HAZCOM, HAZID, and HAZAN. Experience in risk assessment, risk management, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), Task Risk Assessment (TRA), and Permit to Work (PTW) systems. Skilled in developing lifting plans and method statements for critical activities, as well as Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA).
