• Responsible for leading the implementation of a Business Intelligency system in the Latin America region, connecting the business with the IT team.• Subject Matter Expert (SME) for LATAM, providing the main business process to the IT team within the three countries where JCI has operations (Brazil, Colombia and Mexico) operations• Responsible to implement the system and lead the change management in the region• Also responsible to lead the communication / socialization the all different levels of the organization in the LATAM region

Reviews the plant and customer plans and forecasts for alignment with business objectives, market opportunities and the ability to execute. • Continually performs business evaluations to identify future opportunities for improvement and barriers to achieving strategic and financial objectives.• Identifies best business practices and facilitates the propagation of these practices throughout the business unit and participates in the sharing of financial best business practices across the organization.• Interface with the Global Power Solutions FP&A team regarding: budgeting, forecasting, actual result analysis and Hyperion submissions (consolidated results and by Legal entity reporting requirements). • Coordinate and consolidate all monthly Operating Review packages for the PS SA and PS Global as required.• Support all analytic requirements for the PS South America VPGM and VP of Finance - Aftermarket. • Led 4 direct coordinators with more than 45 professionals as totalIn summary, the main activities performed in this role were:• as FP&A Manager, reporting total Balance Sheet and P&L to the headquarter, including analysis and explanations of the main differences comparing all different scenarios (actual, Prior year, budget and forecasts) • as Costing Manager, responsible to lead the costing department with 4 employees. Main activities were the statutory cost (average cost) and converting to standard cost (reporting/USGAAP cost). Also responsible to provide strategical costs for future commercial programs• as Tax Manager, responsible to lead a team of more than 20 people, running 24/7. The main responsabilities of this were to record the direct and indirect materials, as well as other purchased invoices (outsource services, transportations, etc). Also the billing department was part of this department.• There was a fourth role that it is not in the role title, but I was responsible for report and maintain all inventory transactions. There was another team around 20 people working 24/7, to ensure that all materials, working in process and finished goods were accurately reported in the ERP system. Also, this team was responsible for weekly and monthly physical inventories according toa pre defined schedule
