Develop integrated project plan, implementation schedule, quality, cost estimation, and manpower management8. Manage contractors and in-house team during implementation phase to ensure the project can be completed within schedule, quality and keep in budget9. Prepare monthly reports on progress and cost of all aspects 10. Responsible for all project documentation to ensure complete and well-manage11. Responsible for identifying changes and implementing approved change requests.12. Economic aspects of maintenance management, including budgeting costs, negotiating contracts with product vendors & hiring personnel.
