In December 2004 started the activities together with Mr Ivar Liivamägi.My key responsibilities where connected to leadership, strategic planning and international relations.By October 2008 the company had grown into an international business, offering its services in 7 countries in Central and Eastern Europe to clients from 10 countries.

To give a short overview of the the activities I participated in. February 2003 established the 2Day Investment game and training. The game had more then 2000 players for several years.August 2004 established youth conferences: "Sinu Võimalused" (Eng: Your Possibilities). It found place 7 times, each time for audience of 450 - 500 participants.2005 published an educational book for youth "Noorte Heade Mõtete Raamat" (Eng: Youth Good Ideas Book). About 2000 copies of the the 240 page book where sold. The book received very positive feedback from youth development professionals.2006 International Youth participation Conference “Youth and the City” was organized in cooperation with Tallinn City.Besides this, several other learning simulators and Young Enterpreneurs book was published thanks to the the effort of my colleagues. All of the activities received very positive feedback by funding providers and participants.As the member of the team of 3-4 persons I was participating in the whole process from the idea until the end. My main areas of responsibiliy where connected to development, marketing & sales, partner relations and PR.

The organisation gathers and represents youth organisations in Estonia on the national and international level.The main result what we achieved in this short period of time was that the Ministry Education and Science almost doubled the youth organizations funding.

ESCU was the first National level organization I was working at, with some 60 thousand members.My main responsibilities where connected to international relations.
