With 7 years of experience in Customer Service, I've honed my skills in team management and consistently delivered high performance, even in demanding environments.My journey into Software Development was a natural evolution driven by my passion for problem-solving and precision. I began by self-studying HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and later pursued further education through Ironhack's Web Development bootcamp.During my time at the bootcamp, I mastered a variety of technologies including JavaScript (ES6), TypeScript, React, Express, NodeJS, NextJS, MongoDB / Mongoose, HTML, CSS3, Bootstrap, Tailwind, and Chakra UI.
