My passion is to facilitate collaboration between individuals and organizations to help them in their purpose-driven transformation process and generate synergies to accelerate it. With experience in the private and social sectors, I am convinced that companies can provide answers to social problems, as well the non profit sector can also contribute to the business world. I apply Theory U, a systemic change methodology, to promote the creation of spaces that help make visible future opportunities through the identification of the purpose of individuals and organizations, their talent and so that they can be developed in a fertile soil that promotes the generation of sustainable systemic changes.I have held different positions in international companies and projects: planning and management of internal projects that make the work environment more efficient and collaborative, internal coordination and communication in the areas of administration, human resources, strategy, planning, change management and institutional learning.
