- Develop and implement a brand strategy that leverages all four brands within Portable Air Division to gain & solidify our market leadership position.- Make every brand relevant, recognizable, and exciting to our customers. Ensure each brand has a clear purpose, positioning, identity & story and a defined customer journey and personas. - Establish a good governance framework across the brands, as some brands will be more locally owned than others. - Collaborate with the marketing and the communication teams to deliver modern and state of the art and fit-for-purpose material to support our salespeople, business partners and customers. - Ensure we have a competent Communications function globally by creating a process to define, measure and improve the competency of Communication Managers & Professionals - Ensure that the communications function is leveraging and experimenting with new communications tactics and techniques. - Align the customer centers communication strategies and implement transparent KPIs and ROI metrics related to all communication activities.

- Member of the Brand, Marketing and Corporate Communication teams in Region Asia and Region China- Driving brand, internal and external communication strategies across both Regions. - Member of the Global Brand, Marketing and Communication Community

- Member of the External Communications team, which belongs to the global Corporate Communication function- Content life cycle management (strategy, planning, production, publication, and measurement)- Day-to-day management of the global external channels, with special focus on digital channels- Media relations and public affairs- Support the executives' communication activities- Member of the Internal and External Communications Networks
