• Answer phone and direct calls, provide callers with pertinent information• Assist with internal scheduling conflicts/conference room availability• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that conference rooms are cleaned/prepared for meetings• Receive and sign for deliveries, distribute parcels, assist with courier scheduling and internal shipments• Organize catering needs for internal/external meetings• Maintain office supply inventory and order office and facilities supplies as needed

• Manage and file all documents for personnel files• Responsible for ordering and managing all office supply inventory• Facilitate weekly recruiting events and represent OTG at external job fairs• Prepare paperwork for each employee to receive airport credentials• Verify employment eligibility using E-Verify to ensure each employee is eligible to work in the United States• Prepare for and conduct new hire orientation and onboarding for team members across the country• Ensure all recruitment related record keeping is up-to-date by posting new positions, communicating with managers and applicants on the status of posted jobs, and placing advertisements• Assist HR Management with auditing requirements by organizing data needed from employee records
