During Baker Hughes's ASPIRE Leadership programme, I completed three international assignments: (1) Contractual Services Agreements Analyst (1 year): oversaw portfolio of 70 Contractual Services Agreements on gas turbines to provide essential financial analysis to senior executive management; (2) Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst (6 months): led weekly meetings with executives (VP and CFO) to provide updates on financial performance of the business and monitored weekly billing & collections tracker (USD 180mln); (3) Global Supply Chain Analyst (6 months): managed weekly inventory estimates worth USD 1.5bln to drive discussion with executive management and adjusted estimation methodology resulting in a 15% improvement in accuracy
