Main duties: - managing communication with internal and external stakeholders- securing customized internships to U.S. and South Korean students (200+ per year), and providing individual mentoring sessions- scouting new host companies, creating and delivering professional development trainings to companies- planning and coordinating the department workflow, improving process efficiency- organizing three business networking events per year (100+ attendees per event)- participating in strategic workshops at headquarters in Chicago
