As Supervisor of the Hungarian Customer Care Team, my responsibilities included the followings:- Organized and supervised the daily operations of the customer service team, ensuring smooth processes and efficient service delivery.- Supervised and provided guidance to colleagues, ensuring corporate standards and customer service protocols were followed.- Developed training materials for new and existing team members, facilitating their professional development and improving their skills.- Identified and analysed customer needs through data analysis, surveys and feedback, leading to the implementation of effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction.- Collaborated with cross-functional departments such as sales, product development and operations, maintaining strong cross-departmental relationships to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.

I am proud to have been the very first member of the Hungarian Customer Care Team to be involved in:- Played a key role in preparing the opening of the Hungarian market with a comprehensive assessment of customer needs, competition and market trends.- The team provided technical support to clients and partners, ensured their satisfaction and solved any problems they encountered. This included troubleshooting, problem solving and guidance on product use and features.- Actively collected and monitored feedback from clients, using client insights to identify areas for improvement and to improve service quality.- Was responsible for Shoptet Pay (payment gate) support and back office administration - also a new market entry- Contributed to the development of support content, including FAQs, user guides and knowledge base articles to provide self-help resources for clients and improve the overall effectiveness of support.- Collaborated with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to develop technical translations and language strategies for market expansion efforts, ensuring smooth entry into new markets.
