The industrial revolution happening today will be deeper and faster than the one humanity lead before on the XVIII century and gave birth to the capitalism as we know it. Technology is accelerating the return to the roots. Although it looks like a paradox, technology can lead to a deacceleration of the production of goods, nearshoring of the supply chains, circular life cycles and, most of all, a deglobalization of the upstream value chains. It will be a turning point for our planet and only the companies that start looking at their stakeholders with full conscience will have the courage to become anti-fragile, purpose driven relevant and survive the upcoming buying trends: less, faster, customized, sustainable and wrapped up in consciousness.
