I managed the whole production process starting with placing orders, preparing spec sheets, leading the fit sessions, approving garments to production, managing the production time line. I coordinated QC team, liaised on a daily basis with the supplier, visited the factories to control the production processes to final garment inspection.

I controled our entire sealing process from proto, through to production across jersey departments – strategically minimizing sample revisions. I took charge to strategically define size and technical specs, as well as coordinate fit sessions to optimise proto sample shape. My expertise allowed me to recommend designs to Europe and Far East suppliers, partner with key vendors to meet requirements, and resolve highly-standardized production and workload concerns.

I previously checked measurements before the fitting making sure that all design and technical comments have been applied. I defined size specs, as well as coordinated fit sessions and maintained close relationship with the Far East suppliers to ensure achievement of internal requirements.

I previously formulated all purchase orders, technical files, spec sheets, and metrics with routine quality checks. Earlier in my career, I carefully crafted technical files with intricate garment descriptions. I regularly partnered with our buyer and pattern cutter during fit meetings.My advisement was often sought after from our Far East suppliers, as I gained extensive knowledge in industry standards from cultivating relationships with buyers, pattern makers, fashion designers, technicians, and factory personnel.On a regular basis, I prepared garments for bulk production, defined care instructions, addressed production concerns, and approved shipment samples. I was also assigned to finalize all lab dips, trimmings, prints, embroidery, accessories, and labels.
