As a Junior HR consultant, my main responsibility is to handle the entire end-to-end recruitment process. This includes screening of resumes, conducting phone interviews and in-person interviews, scouting and direct search through various platforms such as LTI, InRecruiter, Monster, Indeed & Infojobs and using Boolean Operators to search our internal database.I also handle report drafting, candidate profiling, job ad writing, and negotiation with both internal and external stakeholders. My mission is to find the perfect match for our clients, providing a real consulting experience. I manage the relationship and daily interaction with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.PRAXI is a leading Italian consulting company operating internationally through the PRAXI Alliance and PRAXI Valuations networks, of which it is a founding member.
