As a Recruitment Manager I work with the Recriuters of the Sales&Marketing and Retail business units, ensuring the employees work as a team and remain motivated.My mission is to make sure that the two business units remains profitable and shows growth.I am responsible for:- managing the Sales&Marketing and Retail Recruitment team- ensuring clients satisfaction with the quality and value of our services- driving the team to exceed monthly activity requirements.- interviewing, hiring, training & developing recruiting staff- motivating, incentivizing & recognizing recruiters for superior performance- developing established relationships with clients- work closely with the accounts managers to attrack new business- preparing and presenting recruitment proposals to our clients.

Roles:- Specialized in recruiting and placing candidates in multinational corporations acrosss EMEA and Overseas- Sourcing candidates for clients from Linkedin, recruitment websites, and Head Hunt database- Contacting potential candidates and advising them about suitable jobs- Screening candidates' CVs that have been sent in directly- Conducting face-to-face and phone interviews- Scheduling interviews and liaising between clients and candidates- Preparing candidates for interviews- Posting live jobs on major job-seeker websites- Tracking activity on the Head Hunt database

Recruitment/Development and Employer Branding, including the following duties:- To assist in the co-ordination of the staff recruitment and selection process at headquarters (shortlisting for interviews, conducting interviews, reference checking, providing feedback)- Review and update job descriptions- Coordination Assessment Centre- Manage a queue of job posting requests- Career development and succession planning initiatives- HR Intranet restructuring- Assist workshops in Business schools /Universities to attract business manager candidates and marketing campaigns- Building and maintaining relationships with social networking sites, Universities and Recruitment agencies- Manage any other projects related to events of internal communication with employees
