• Providing support for HR Services inquiries (Learning & Recruiting).• Handling employees and candidates life-cycle events for all incoming orders in line with internally defined processes: creating new trainings on the company management system, forwarding employees' enrolments to training organisations, answering questions from local HR on French territory and from employees, • Data administration: processing invoices from training providers, handling registration forms, forwarding reports to local HR.• Editing job descriptions and posting them on different channels.• Reviewing CVs, cover letters and selecting candidates.• Conducting pre-selection interviews and writing interview reports for local HR. • Data management in the HR system.

Listening to audio recordings and translating them into long-form text, reviewing drafts of written transcriptions, meeting deadlines

Assisting with talent acquisition and recruitment processes, undertaking tasks connected to performance management, carrying out both HR and commercial activities, organising and planning interviews, setting goals with a result-driven approach, prioritizing the workload
