I have always had a great passion for education and ACS also supports teaching and learning for students of all ages.In my current position of the Manager of the ACS Safety Programs in the ACS Office of Scientific Advancement, I coordinate, develop, promote, and implement activities, web resources, and services related to chemical safety. I also serve as the staff liaison to ACS Committee on Chemical Safety and Division on Chemical Health and Safety.In my past ACS position, I managed the Office of High School Chemistry, which is part of the American Chemical Society (ACS) Education Division. ACS Education Division serves learners and educators by building communities and providing effective products, services and information. Programs that I manage include the ChemMatters magazine, High School Chemistry Clubs and Professional Development for High School Teachers.
