As a ForgeBIT's COO, my scope of work includes: - overseeing and coordinating the work of various teams within the agency: Content, Creative and Social, Production, Growth and Performance and Web Development - building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded- overseeing and coordinating both domestic and international marketing projects and campaigns- ensuring the quality of marketing deliverables and results by guiding and overseeing campaign activities throughout the whole process- monitoring KPIs and campaign's metrics to track progress towards goals and identifying areas for improvement - identifying new business opportunities, developing proposals and participating in pitches for potential clients and projects- preparing offers and budget distribution for clients - ensuring that agency complies with industry standards, regulations and laws, managing legal affairs such as contracts - managing relationships with vendors and partners (printers, freelancers, distributors, PR experts, media lease partners, bookkeeping)- monitoring budgets, expenses and financial performance of agency- developing and implementing strategies to achieve agency's goals and objectives - managing and allocating resources effectively, including finances, personnel and equipment - participating in the recruitment and selection processes- handling challenges and unexpected situations effectively, such as campaign and personnel challenges- holding weekly meetings with team leads and quarterly sprints with each employee to give and receive feedback and detected opportunities for improvement
