Expatriate assignment as a Dow’s Lead Process Engineer for the Ras Tanura Integrated Project (RTIP), a $20+ Billion Joint Venture (50:50) between Saudi Aramco and the Dow Chemical Company. Responsible for coordinating and conducting reviews of the Project FEED work, technology and engineering packages performed by EPC companies working for the Utilities, Power, and Infrastructure Project Envelope (UPI). Also coordinated expertise involvement of the Dow Tech Center and other Subject Matter Experts to ensure proper implementation of the Dow Most Effective Technology (MET) Best Practices.Lead Process Engineer in RTIP covering Interconnecting Facilities, Fuel Gas System, Site Outfall, Surface Drainage, Sanitary Waste, Inlet Facilities and Air Compressors with a total CAPEX about $700 MM.Acting as Owner representative leading a group of Process Engineers in Foster WheelerPrepared the Process Engineering deliverables for FEED package. I was working for the Global Ethylene Furnace Technology Team identifying the existing gaps in all Dow Ethylene furnaces to evaluate economically the impact of those gaps. As a result of the gap analysis the furnaces operation was improved.
