- Coordinate all company travel arrangements including transportation, acomodation, insurance, events, conferences, visa application consistent with corporate travel policy- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and empathetic manner- Cooperation with other departments to ensure quick resolution for the customer to adhere to SLA- Prepare company documents and statements, and supervise the circulation of documents and contracts, check the correctness of issued invoices- Processes reimbursements for travel expenses- Communicate and follow-through with various agencies and vendors.- Built long-term customer relationships- Researches and compares available travel and hotel accommodations to identify the best available option for each travel need.

- Providing customer service to passengers by making reservations, ticketing, issuing vouchers and other services- Controlling flights, providing proper paperwork for CRS and Operations.- Assemble and issue required documentation, such as tickets, travel insurance policies, and itineraries.Cooperation with airlines, hotel, insurance, car rental companies- After-sales customer service (changes, returns, clearances, complaints)- Handle visa applications and formalities promptly- Managing and processing all travel-related documentation

- Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations- Negotiate on best rates through vendors every time there is a travel occurrence- Manage all documentation and formalities pre and post-travel.
