- supervising part of team (4 members): delegating tasks, monitoring work progress and workload management, directly reporting to the Team Leader- updating internal procedures, implementing new processes (recently related to DocuSign tool and Appical application)- resolving more complex queries from employees via ticketing system ServiceNow, also advising less experienced colleagues in the team- coordinating the onboarding process (setting deadlines for each action, creating reports related to business needs)- conducting internal trainings for new joiners, being a buddy for new colleagues

- providing complex HR Administration service for the external client based in Switzerland- maintaining the employee work lifecycle starting from onboarding to terminations (hire to retire), updating the employees records in the systems – Workday, SAP, Atoss- updating and implementing internal procedures- expert in the Onboarding process – coordinating and supervising all ongoing activities in the team, keeping the trackers up to date on a daily basis, make sure about the consistency between the systems with the relevant data, providing an update to HR Business Partners;- internal trainer - conducting a training sessions for new joiners in the team, being a buddy, preparing training materials- preparing Workday and ServiceNow reports on a daily and weekly basis on business’ request

- providing support for candidates and employees, resolving incoming queries via email and phone; - maintaining and updating the employee records and keep all relevant systems up to date - processing employees contracts extensions and terminations in the system - verifying employees’ Legal Right to Work documentation - collaboration with the Hiring Managers on the ongoing processes in employees lifecycle - updating operational trackers in real time due to keeping the data accuracy and tasks status in consistency between each other - supporting Onboarding and Screening teams from administrative perspective – both permanent and temporary resources - preparing reports in a daily and weekly basis as required

- creating and updating an electronic legal documents (forms and letters) for clients in Great Britain - supervised Best Practice project – improvement of ongoing processes and work management within Content Team for current and future employees; conducting a presentation of the project’s results - covering for Line Manager during her absence (making reports, managing priorities and daily work for other employees in the team) - preparing weekly reports and statistics in Excel - daily work with MS Office and in English
