More than 20 years international experience in the IT industry in different program management, sales & business development roles. My professional career has been shaped by a wide range of tasks and roles – in both, technical and organizational functions. The focus has always been on technological change processes, the support and facilitation of which has always challenged and further developed me. In recent years, I have been able to use the technical foundations of my education to develop a customer-centric mindset. This is particularly applicable in the context of the "digital journey" that our customers, employees and partner companies experience every day. In numerous internal and external project, I have developed a high level of leadership and communication skills, which I use on a daily basis. My core competence is always reflected in the ability to translate complex, technical relationships into customer-oriented business processes and to facilitate the resulting (digital) change process.
