• Leading the roadmaps and product development efforts for 4 teams with focus on different business areas - from serverless functions to billing • Achieving double digit COGS savings leading to product profitability• Orchestrating a 9 months migration of all serverless provisioning infrastructure to Kubernetes• Applying statistical and machine learning approach to product decision making • Enhancing product with machine learning algorithms • Implementing user testing framework into product development, advocating best UX practices, design consistency and user behaviour analysis• Partnering with all departments in increasing the product awareness and understanding the user journey, working on GTM materials with Product Marketing and Marketing, Sales trainings, internal and external facing documentation with tech writers and developer relations organisation• Preparing pricing models• Ensuring highest quality of product delivery by providing the team with clear reasons and understanding of the ‘why’, fostering healthy team dynamics• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape

- Building the roadmap for customer facing application - Modernising the tool in close partnership with the Design team to address the customer and user expectations- Leading the efforts to rewrite the billing algorithm and implement automation in relation to one of the pricing strategies- Analysing the existing pricing models against the competition and their strategies and proposing the new, more coherent and understandable model

Managing product life cycle from idea to GTM activities. Managing existing products of 3.5M annual volume. Delivering new enhancements for existing products as well as new products to expand company portfolio.
